About Our Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program
St. Vincent’s Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program is accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). Our program is designed to facilitate the development of new pharmacists into competent practitioners able to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care.
Our program is designed to foster the residents’ ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, develop leadership skills, and become lifelong, self-directed learners. The foundation of these programs is built upon Hartford HealthCare’s core values of Caring, Safety, Health Equity, Excellence, and Integrity.
